About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the recruitment efforts across multiple corporate functions including Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other support teams. The role is hybrid based in Uptown Dallas, requiring two days in-office and three days remote. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the recruiting function by blending hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership, helping scale the organization's hiring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for corporate functions and shape recruiting strategies aligned with company growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department leaders and executives by providing hiring insights, market intelligence, and compensation guidance.
  • Develop scalable recruitment processes, guide hiring teams on interviewing and candidate evaluation, and manage high-priority full-cycle searches personally.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, including the engagement of both active and passive candidates using various channels like job boards and networking.
  • Oversee applicant tracking system management, recruitments metrics analysis, and continuous improvements in recruiting processes and tools.
  • Champion employer branding efforts to ensure a positive candidate experience and elevate the company’s presence in the talent marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or in-house settings with leadership over recruiting programs or strategies.
  • Proven track record recruiting across multiple corporate disciplines such as Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and Sales.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, influencing senior stakeholders, handling multiple requisitions, and improving recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Effective communicator with excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruiting tools; mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Working Environment and Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in the Uptown Dallas office.
  • Engaging, entrepreneurial culture with close interaction with executive leadership.
  • Lead and develop the talent acquisition function during a period of rapid growth, with opportunities for career advancement and team leadership.
  • Competitive salary package and quarterly performance bonuses.
