About the Role

Join GHD as a Systems Administrator supporting APAC operations and play a key role in delivering reliable and secure system platforms. You will work with a dynamic, high-performing team managing multi-domain technical issues across cloud and on-prem infrastructure, enabling regional IT operations to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of systems and platforms including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning to uphold availability, dependability, and security standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services aligning with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Provide advanced technical guidance and support to Service Delivery teams throughout the APAC region for IS operations and project execution.
  • Guarantee that system design, deployment, and security uphold both regional prerequisites and global GHD standards.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with technology and service leadership to promote operational improvements, innovation, and timely problem resolution.
  • Diagnose complex operational and architectural challenges across multiple platforms and technologies, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions.
  • Lead technical meetings, workshops, and incident analyses to foster understanding and drive collective decisions.

  • Solid information systems project management capabilities.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a global systems administrator, supporting Microsoft environments, enterprise connectivity, cybersecurity, and public/private cloud platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Azure, M365, MCSA, or MCSE are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Intune is beneficial.
