Role Overview
We are currently searching for a System Analyst to join our motivated and friendly IT security team based in Brno. If you have IT knowledge, want to leverage or gain experience in testing and incident analysis, enjoy using modern technologies, and are eager for continuous professional growth while being a responsible team player, this position could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Test and develop CMDB while coordinating with external suppliers
- Administer user accounts for selected systems such as Jira, iTop, and Confluence
- Provide application user support, propose solutions for bug fixes, and contribute to system improvements
- Oversee and optimize the process for handling user requests
- Design and implement control mechanisms ensuring quality of developed solutions
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and testing procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- Secondary or higher education
- Proficient knowledge of relational databases, specifically MS SQL
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Experience with Visual Studio environment is a plus
- Conversational English is an asset
- Understanding of the insurance industry is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, and problem-solving aptitude
