Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled System Administrator to take full ownership of our digital infrastructure and resource optimization, focusing especially on our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform. This strategic position centers on IT auditing, software lifecycle management, and high-level implementations rather than daily technical support tasks. The successful candidate will work directly with executive leadership and operations heads to ensure optimal technology investments and flawless system delivery, measured strictly on outcome and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, optimize, and maintain the CCaaS system, integrating critical modules such as Quality Assurance, Reporting and Analytics, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Security to run at maximum efficiency.
  • Continuously audit the existing technology stack to maximize software utility while eliminating redundant tools to avoid resource wastage.
  • Establish and manage the architecture for all enterprise tools to guarantee optimal implementation and use throughout the company.
  • Create detailed use-case proposals for new technology introductions and present them to executive leadership for rapid evaluation and approval.
  • Manage the review process for all software vendor contracts and prepare them for final signing by the CEO.
  • Develop and implement structured employee onboarding frameworks for tool access, training technical support teams and operations leadership to manage frontline execution.
  • Generate and assess regular audit reports on software utilization to ensure that only necessary users retain costly licenses.
  • Take complete ownership of all project phases, working independently with minimal to no communication with non-leadership personnel.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of three years' experience in systems administration, IT auditing, or software stack oversight.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise CCaaS platforms and ancillary systems including QA, Reporting, SSO, and Security.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise software lifecycles from ROI analysis through deployment.
  • Strong autonomy and the ability to manage projects without supervision.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience analyzing software utilization metrics and managing licenses efficiently.
  • Adaptability to shifting business priorities and capacity to scale procedures accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with precise contract and user access management abilities.
  • Capacity to handle confidential corporate data and strategies with integrity.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of leading enterprise tools and technological trends.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
