About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to be based full-time on-site in Missouri, US. This key leadership position comes with a relocation package and offers a competitive annual salary range of $225,000 to $250,000, plus bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive supply planning, oversee production scheduling, capacity management, and conduct monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) supply meetings.
- Implement Power BI Control Tower and track KPIs including On Time In Full (OTIF), Customer Service Level (CSL), inventory management, and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) performance to enhance operational alignment with Production, Quality, and CMOs.
- Focus strongly on developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a solid understanding of various IT systems to stay aligned with industry technological advancements.
- Lead demand forecasting by incorporating commercial feedback, monitoring market trends, promotions, and new omnichannel strategies.
- Ensure compliant and efficient warehouse operations while advancing multi-channel fulfillment capabilities across distributors, direct-to-clinic, direct-to-consumer, and retail channels, including ERP/M3 and EDI system improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is highly advantageous.
- Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience with at least five years in leadership or people management roles.
- Strong industry background in Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or regulated life sciences manufacturing is mandatory.
- Practical proficiency with ERP systems, Power BI and data analytics, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/S&OP processes, and managing multi-channel distribution is essential.
- Proven ability to lead transformational change with strong financial understanding, cross-functional influence, and capability in team development.
