Operational Management
- Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager by training and supervising front-of-house personnel.
- Manage daily floor activities ensuring adherence to company standards consistently.
- Oversee completion of all opening and closing tasks, checklists, and requisition forms for each shift.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure staff participation in departmental meetings.
- Communicate updates regarding menu, reservations, guest-specific needs, and operational concerns effectively to staff.
- Ensure adherence to all service protocols, policies, and procedures as stipulated by the company.
- Supervise kitchen and restaurant operations to maintain food quality and service excellence.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system with proficiency.
- Enforce proper procedures for cash management.
Customer Service
- Engage guests with professionalism and courtesy to guarantee high satisfaction levels.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to monitor service quality and provide assistance as needed.
Leadership & Team Supervision
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for ongoing development.
- Foster a team-oriented, responsible, and positive work atmosphere.
- Ensure staff readiness, organization, and alignment with operational goals.
- Lead by example, embodying standards of service excellence.
Human Resources & Training
- Support ongoing employee training and growth.
- Identify promising talent and contribute to employee development efforts.
- Participate actively in recruitment and coordinate with HR when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of probation assessments, appraisals, and related documentation.
- Promote a culture of respect, engagement, and cooperation within the team.
Health & Safety
- Comply with regional health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organized working conditions consistently.
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Stay informed about current promotions, special offers, and package deals.
- Represent the brand positively in all interactions, upholding company values and standards.
Communication
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Prepare and present reports as required.
- Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen personnel.
