Supervisor - Patient Care Services

Overview

The Supervisor in Patient Care Services will oversee the management of support services dedicated to elderly and dependent patients in hospital settings. This position requires liaising with medical professionals and hospitals to facilitate service partnerships, leading a team of stewards and caregivers, and ensuring optimal care delivery when family members are not present.

Key Duties

• Establish and nurture partnerships with doctors and hospital administrations to enhance patient care service offerings.
• Manage hospital tie-up processes and serve as the main liaison for service coordination.
• Lead and supervise the steward and caregiver workforce, including organizing shifts and evaluating performance.
• Guarantee compassionate and prompt assistance for elderly and dependent patients.
• Address and resolve service-related escalations to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed operational documentation and provide performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate from any discipline.
• Minimum of three years' experience in hospital operations, patient care, or managing teams.
• Excellent communication abilities, leadership qualities, and coordination skills.
• Preparedness to travel within Navi Mumbai for hospital visits.
