Super User Advisor - Operations Excellence (Talent Pipeline)

About the Role

DHL Supply Chain is creating a talent pipeline in APAC for future Super User Advisor roles, primarily based in Singapore but encompassing multiple countries in the region. This position focuses on enhancing warehouse system operations, facilitating transformation efforts, and driving continuous improvements across various sites and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational systems.
• Serve as the principal expert on WMS platforms.
• Support onboarding of new customers including system testing and live deployment.
• Design and conduct training sessions to share system knowledge with users.
• Mentor and assist site Super Users in different locations.
• Champion ongoing process improvement and standardization efforts.
• Investigate operational challenges and propose long-term solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance and uphold best practices for systems.
• Contribute to broader business transformation and digitalization projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS platforms like Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or equivalents.
• Demonstrated leadership in system rollouts or operational initiatives.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Strong influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Background in project management is significantly advantageous.
• Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing activities across multiple sites and regional projects.
