Role Overview
We are seeking a Structural Technician with a minimum of two years experience and proficient Revit skills to join our Christchurch office. This role focuses on creating quality structural documentation and detailed 3D modeling throughout various project phases from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed structural drawings and documentation using Revit.
- Produce precise and coordinated three-dimensional models consistent with project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other disciplines to provide integrated design solutions.
- Contribute to BIM coordination efforts, including establishing BIM standards, developing families, and managing libraries.
- Ensure all documentation is delivered accurately, timely, and aligns with high professional standards.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and project teams to facilitate project success.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least two years of experience as a Structural Technician within an engineering consultancy or related setting.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Revit and structural documentation production.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Show a proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality outcomes.
