Role Overview
SentiLink seeks an experienced L&D professional to spearhead the development and scaling of learning programs across the organization. This foundational role entails crafting and implementing the company’s learning strategy, enhancing current programs, and creating new initiatives that facilitate employee growth from onboarding through leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead SentiLink's learning and development strategy by identifying skill gaps and prioritizing impactful initiatives.
- Develop and refine comprehensive learning programs covering onboarding, fraud education, managerial and leadership training, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess capability requirements and design effective learning solutions for enhancing individual and organizational outcomes.
- Conduct engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning events for diverse audiences across the company.
- Enhance knowledge sharing through scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
- Serve as the principal owner of L&D, managing both strategic planning and hands-on delivery of initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 to 10 years’ experience in consulting (including learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness), L&D, or talent development roles.
- Demonstrated success in designing and expanding learning programs, not merely delivering pre-existing content.
- Superior presentation and facilitation skills for engaging varied audiences.
- Strong program management capabilities to independently execute multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Expertise in crafting engaging, practical learning experiences tailored for adult learners.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment by building programs from scratch.
- A curious, collaborative mindset focused on pragmatic and results-driven execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in startups or rapidly scaling technology companies.
- Experience supporting technical teams within organizations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $155,000 to $200,000 plus equity and benefits.
