Role Summary
The Stock Associate at Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by maintaining appropriate stock levels, handling deliveries, and keeping stockrooms organized. The job also involves adherence to internal systems and process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the shop floor, offices, stockrooms, and other store areas.
- Assemble products in line with brand instruction manuals and identify any manufacturing defects for reporting.
- Label each product with barcodes according to company and brand guidelines.
- Receive and inspect stock deliveries from warehouses or stores, reporting discrepancies or defects to the manager.
- Regularly check the stockroom and notify the Visual Merchandiser (VM) and management about stock items not displayed on the shop floor.
- Conduct daily floor inspections and replenish stock following directions from VM and operations team.
- Support store activities including promotions, mid-season sales, and end-of-season sales as requested by management.
- Label and report damaged stock, placing it in designated areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of High School education.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in English ranging from good to fluent.
- Familiarity with RFID systems is mandatory.
