Novabook is an AI-driven accounting startup founded by Stephen Wilks and Lukas Feddern, focused on revolutionizing the financial processes involved in establishing, running, and selling UK businesses. Originating from experiences with traditional accounting pains, the company aims to automate accounting workflows through a blend of software and AI. Role Overview
This position engages recent graduates in key areas including operations, accounting, and business growth to support Novabook's expansion as an AI-native firm on its ambitious growth trajectory. The role provides comprehensive exposure to startup operations and cross-team collaboration in a technology-driven setting, with mentorship from founders with prior successful startup exits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily business operations and scaling-related activities.
- Contribute to building robust financial processes supporting early-stage business foundations.
- Support efforts in client acquisition and revenue increasing initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Recently graduated or completing studies shortly.
- No previous work experience mandated.
- Strong academic credentials, preferably with STEM background although not mandatory.
Additional Information
- Location: Victoria, London, onsite for five days per week.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation range: £30,000 to £40,000 annually with regular reviews for salary and equity based on performance.
