Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the frontend technical roadmap targeting increased user engagement and subscription revenue.
• Create and maintain top-quality web applications utilizing Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize marketing websites, landing pages, paywalls, and other conversion-oriented experiences.
• Work closely with growth, marketing, sponsorship, and conversion teams to convert business hypotheses into successful experiments.
• Empower non-technical teams to independently manage landing page changes, experiments, and content updates through scalable tools.
• Lead enhancements to marketing technology infrastructure including page builders, experimentation platforms, analytics, and customer data integrations.
• Improve experimentation workflows by defining hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Establish and enforce best practices for web performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals on consumer-facing platforms.
• Contribute as a senior technical leader through architecture design, code reviews, mentoring, and improving development quality.
• Manage safe production deployments with feature flags, monitoring, and risk assessment on critical revenue systems.
• Ensure accurate analytics instrumentation throughout the user journey to support informed decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of boosting user engagement and revenue through web platforms with measurable impact.
• Expertise in production development with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of modern frontend architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility standards, SEO, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience working collaboratively with growth, marketing, and conversion optimization teams.
• Skilled in designing and executing web experimentation programs such as A/B and multivariate testing.
• Hands-on experience building self-service tools like visual page builders and content management platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics and customer data tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Segment.
• Experience deploying production changes securely using feature flags and monitoring solutions.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of providing technical leadership across diverse teams.
• Proven mentorship skills with the ability to influence technical directions and uplift engineering practices.
• Background in subscription-based products, consumer applications, or media platforms is highly advantageous.
