Sr. Manager – Finance

Role overview

This senior finance role is based in Thane and supports regional business performance across SEA and LATAM, along with selected smaller markets such as Japan, China, and Vietnam. The position focuses on financial planning, performance tracking, analysis, compliance support, and business partnering.

Core responsibilities

• Bring together the monthly operating performance for SEA and LATAM regions and carry out variance analysis.
• Build the quarterly financial outcome reports and monitor key performance indicators such as sales, gross margin, and EBITDA.
• Assess business cases for acquisitions as well as launches of new products.
• Prepare, review, and consolidate the medium-term plan, using detailed data analysis to highlight priority focus areas.
• Handle finance and accounting activities for smaller countries including Japan, China, and Vietnam.
• Partner with the costing team and support business-side queries, including variance analysis.
• Set product transfer prices and work with the tax team to ensure transfer pricing and other tax requirements are met.
• Support the corporate finance team by resolving statutory auditor questions and supplying inputs on forecast-versus-actual variances, impairment matters, and related topics.

Experience and education

The role requires 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. Candidates should hold a B.Com or CA qualification.
