Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed screening of candidate profiles, CVs, and applications to recognize best-fit individuals.
• Gain clear understanding of client job requirements to accurately align candidates to roles.

• Build and update a comprehensive talent database applicable across different industries.

Experience and Knowledge

• Proven experience in roles such as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service programs (MSP), recruitment, or sourcing.
• Direct experience screening candidates for semiconductor industry positions, focusing on the North American (NAM) and US markets.
• Operational-level stakeholder management expertise.
• Exceptional communication, organization, interpersonal abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capacity to understand client demands and translate them into daily work outputs.

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with RPO, MSP, recruitment sourcing, and quality management of CV screening.
• Strong attention to detail in candidate assessment.
