Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Spa Managers to oversee operations at multiple locations in Bengaluru. The role involves managing daily activities, coordinating with staff, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operational functions effectively.
- Manage customer interaction and handle appointment bookings.
- Collaborate with therapists to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, high-quality services, and client satisfaction.
- Meet sales goals and operational benchmarks for the outlet.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with leadership skills.
- Preference given to candidates ready to start immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 with additional incentives up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance.
- One day off every week.
