About the Opportunity

Join Microsoft’s Erada Internship, a program specially designed for Qatari nationals to enhance employability through early-career recruitment and skill development. This six-month paid full-time internship blends professional certifications with real-world experience, enabling you to grow in a supportive and innovative environment.

Program Structure

The internship spans two phases:

• Phase 1 (1 month): Onboarding and a skilling bootcamp covering Microsoft’s mission and culture, technical training to earn Microsoft certifications, and soft skills including project management, change management, creativity, innovation, and time management.
• Phase 2 (5 months): On-the-job training where you shadow experienced Solution Engineers, receive mentoring and coaching, assist in digital transformation projects, and undergo advanced trainings like AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build awareness for product strategies based on customer feedback and competitive landscapes.
• Expand domain expertise through readiness materials and promote team readiness.
• Engage and interact with customers under supervision, gaining understanding of customer context and building product knowledge.
• Develop basic familiarity with reference architectures and assist in Microsoft product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related fields.
• Must be a Qatari national legally authorized to work in Qatar (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
• Fluent in English.

Additional Information
