Are you fluent in social media and capable of spotting trends before they emerge? Join us as a Social Media Manager where you'll take ownership of various channels, think creatively in formats, and collaborate closely with our content production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop editorial planning and content strategies simultaneously for multiple clients.
- Design and execute engaging Reels, Stories, and Posts in cooperation with our video production team.
- Manage social media communities with authentic voices, avoiding clichéd responses.
- Provide platform reporting featuring clear insights rather than mere collections of screenshots.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of brand tone and platform-specific nuances.
- Enjoy dynamic workflows characterized by short cycles, filming days, and rapid iterations.
- Fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
