Role Overview
Numa Foods is seeking a creative freelance professional to oversee and manage their social media channels, mainly Instagram and TikTok. The role involves aligning social media efforts with the brand's vision to promote healthier Asian-inspired snacks while fostering genuine community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage a content calendar for Instagram and TikTok that reflects the brand's vision and encourages meaningful community interactions.
- Supervise content creation activities alongside a social media intern.
- Utilize tools such as Facebook Creator Studio, Canva, and Notion to implement the content schedule effectively.
- Engage actively with the target audience on Instagram to enhance Numa's brand presence and follower base.
- Partner with the founder regularly to refine the social media strategy ensuring it supports overall business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently within a flexible environment.
- Proven track record in expanding social media presence and building brand communities.
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms, and openness to adopting new social channels.
