Role Overview

Join muk Haircare as a Social Media & Content Manager based in Keilor Park, Melbourne. This full-time position involves leading our social media presence and website content with engaging storytelling. You'll be responsible for producing video and written content, nurturing our influencer relationships, and ensuring our website stays current and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, edit, and write compelling content across multiple platforms.
• Manage the pipeline of creators and influencers, overseeing partnerships from start to finish.
• Maintain and update the muk Haircare website, ensuring brand consistency and freshness.
• Act as the authentic voice connecting the brand with its audience both online and onsite.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within haircare or beauty industries.
• Proven skills in hands-on video production and content creation beyond directing or briefing others.
• Strong analytical understanding of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, supported by data insight.
• Experience managing influencer collaborations from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with Shopify platform.
• Knowledge of when and how to utilize artificial intelligence in content management.
• Passion and appreciation for the hair and beauty sector.
