About the role
Division50 creates social content designed to help client brands expand their reach, with a focus on short-form video, static creatives, and posting across multiple platforms. The company is looking for a Social Media Associate who can make content that genuinely attracts viewers and engagement, rather than simply scheduling posts.
Key responsibilities
- Create short-form videos such as reels and TikToks, along with static social posts, for client accounts.
- Develop strong hooks and captions, follow current trends, and publish content across relevant platforms.
- Monitor reach, engagement, and follower growth, then refine content based on performance.
What the company is looking for
- You should have personally produced content that has reached real audiences, with measurable results such as views, follower growth, or engagement.
- You must be actively creating content at present.
- You need to be able to shoot and/or edit short-form video and write hooks on your own.
- Strong English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred experience
It is a plus if you have your own account or client accounts that have gained real traction, and if you have worked with audiences in the Middle East.
