Role Overview

The Social Content Creator role focuses on hands-on development of short-form video content designed for social media platforms. You will take charge of concept creation, filming, editing, and delivering polished visual stories across fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle sectors. The position demands on-location content capture, where everyday interactions are transformed into compelling social assets that resonate with audiences. Additionally, you will assist with managing social media channels through content scheduling, publishing, and optimization activities. This position supports flexibility, including a potential four-day workweek arrangement, appealing to professionals seeking to balance agency work with their own creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality short-form videos and iPhone photography tailored for social platforms across various lifestyle brands.
• Capture consistent, location-based content transforming live experiences into creative social media assets.
• Innovate and develop engaging visual storytelling and concept formats for campaigns and responsive content.
• Maintain and curate visually consistent brandfeeds that align with each client's unique identity.
• Manage content planning, scheduling, publishing, caption writing, and daily social media operations.
• Research trending creators, cultural happenings, facilitate casting, and support collaborations when needed.
• Analyze content performance, provide reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Candidate Profile

• Proven portfolio demonstrating expert videography, editing, and compelling social storytelling.
• Experience in content creation for fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle brands within agency, freelance, or in-house contexts.
• Proficiency with independent content capture and editing skills, especially using iPhones and compact camera setups.
• Excellent creative sensibility with strong grasp of visual elements like composition, lighting, and edit pacing.
• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram content performance, balancing creativity with maintaining brand standards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing social channel operations alongside creative demands.
• Proactive attitude, team collaboration, and eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced creative environment.
• Desirable: Personal content creator with active social media presence and significant follower engagement.
• Availability to work on set in London as required, with a history of growing digital audiences and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from £33,000 to £38,000, dependent on experience.
