Its clientele encompasses school districts, municipalities, counties, hospital and appraisal districts, and other government bodies. The firm has expanded to 14 principal offices and several satellite locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida, serving clients in seven states.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with taxpayers to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Conduct research to gather contact information and investigate account details, including lien holders, title work, and probate documentation as needed.
- Utilize a headset and computer systems efficiently to input and retrieve data across multiple platforms.
- Work effectively within a structured environment alongside a diverse workforce.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-changing telecommunications setting.
- Be responsible for maintaining call quality, punctuality, attendance, and adherence to the work schedule.
- Assist in training newly hired staff members.
- Maintain consistent punctuality and rigid adherence to scheduled hours.
Experience and Education
- Minimum of one year of office experience required; 1-2 years in a call center setting is preferred.
- Experience specifically within Perdue Brandon's call center for at least six months is an advantage.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or Vietnamese, are highly desirable.
- Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory); some college education is preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- The role involves primarily sitting at a computer and extensive use of a headset for phone communication.
- On-the-job training and annual performance evaluations are part of the position.
- Physical duties include walking, sitting, speaking and listening regularly, and occasional tasks requiring standing, hand dexterity, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Visual requirements include close, peripheral, and depth vision, along with the ability to adjust focus.
- The job may require occasional travel by air or car.
