Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Candidates should be ready to join immediately or within 60 days.

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required

• Proven 8+ years experience developing applications in Java or .NET environments.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, databases, and integration layers.
• Experience designing and managing multi-layer application architectures.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation and process improvements.
• Understanding of containerization technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and supporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude along with strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budget management.
• Exposure to Chaos Engineering methodologies.
• Experience with infrastructure or application system administration.
• Relevant certifications in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related areas.
