Role Overview
The position of Site Logistics Administrator involves managing various logistics activities at the project site to ensure efficient and timely handling of materials and resources. This role requires liaising with multiple stakeholders including suppliers, warehouse teams, contractors, and project personnel, all while adhering to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of deliveries, freight bookings, dispatches, and transportation schedules to guarantee the on-time movement of materials.
- Accurately maintain inventory records, track materials, and oversee logistics documentation.
- Process goods receipts, delivery dockets, packing lists, and transactions through ERP systems.
- Generate logistics reports, regularly update inventory data, and prepare key performance indicator reports for project stakeholders.
- Work closely with suppliers and onsite teams to support efficient logistics operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or project administration roles.
- Strong expertise in inventory management, material tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Proficient use of SAP or equivalent ERP systems along with Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and competence in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Background or experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
