Site Execution Architect

Role Overview

Carbon Craft Design Private Limited seeks a Site Execution Architect with a robust architectural background capable of independently managing working drawings and ensuring precise implementation onsite. This position demands close alignment of design intentions with on-site realization, entailing frequent site inspections and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate working, construction, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Oversee accurate translation of architectural designs during on-site execution via regular site visits.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of poured earth, brickwork, and cladding systems conforming to drawings, samples, and specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to address and resolve site-level challenges.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, finishes, and comply with established quality standards.
• Maintain foundational site documentation including reports, measurements, and progress logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture, or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Academic or professional experience focused on working drawings and construction detailing.
• Practical exposure through internships or on-site experience in architectural execution and site coordination.
