About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a residential construction project located at BPTP, Greater Faridabad. Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience specifically in residential construction including villas and high-rise buildings. A Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent site experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities closely following architectural and structural plans.
- Manage labor workforce, allocate daily tasks, and coordinate with trade contractors efficiently.
- Verify the quality of incoming materials and oversee workmanship on-site.
- Compile and maintain daily progress reports and monitor consumption of construction materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety regulations and manage site inventory properly.
- Accurately measure completed work and assist in bill preparation processes.
- Proficiently use Google Sheets, Excel, email, and other common office Google tools.
