About the Role

Tasamy for Impact is seeking a dedicated Shared Services & Government Relations Lead based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site). This position requires a Saudi national and involves managing the company’s licensing, HR operations, government relations, and administrative services. The role includes supporting clients in setting up and licensing their entities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily operations, maintain organizational registrations, and actively close tasks rather than just track them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR operations: employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance.
  • Oversee office and administrative functions including supplier management, procurement, quotations, equipment, telecommunications, and maintenance.
  • Manage supplier registration and prequalification with clients and government agencies.
  • Coordinate invoices, payment certificates, collections, and necessary documentation with the finance team.
  • Support clients in entity establishment and licensing processes including investment licenses, commercial registrations, branches, nonprofits, endowments, and activity permits within Saudi Arabia.
  • Liaise with lawyers, accountants, translators, and other professional service providers.
  • Track every request from initiation to completion, ensuring timely updates and renewals without missing deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time post-graduate professional experience (excluding internships or volunteering).
  • Proven background in government relations, licensing, administrative roles, or HR operations.
  • Experience managing at least one end-to-end company establishment, licensing, or government registration process.
  • Practical knowledge of Saudi government and business platforms.
  • Valid driving license with capability to travel around Riyadh as needed.
  • Excellent Arabic written communication skills and proficient professional-level spoken English.
  • Strong sense of ownership along with meticulous attention to detail regarding names, deadlines, documents, and dates.
  • Experience with investment licensing, dealings with international clients, or nonprofit and endowment sectors is advantageous.
