About the Role
Join Deloitte Albania as a ServiceNow Developer and contribute to the digital transformation of leading organizations by enhancing their IT services and business processes. This position offers an opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a talented team across Central Europe.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Convert business requirements and user stories into scalable, effective technical implementations.
- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration initiatives, ensuring robust service delivery.
- Collaborate actively with consultants, business analysts, project managers, and architects to deliver quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide high-quality support to clients.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes to boost efficiency and enhance user experiences.
- Pursue ongoing professional growth via training, certifications, and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in technical support, application support, or service delivery roles.
- Proficient in at least two programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or above.
- Customer-centric and proactive approach with a commitment to delivering quality service and efficient problem-solving.

Selection Process
- Initial 15-minute HR phone interview in English.
- Online assessment test.
- Technical interview conducted online (45 minutes) via Teams in English.
