ServiceNow Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This full-time role involves on-site work to develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, with a focus on enhancing legal service processes such as Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Work collaboratively with various departments to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and quality control to maximize productivity and ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Create and execute test cases to ensure the reliability and quality of software deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code and functionalities implemented.
• Keep updated on new trends and technologies in ServiceNow development to apply innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflow design, and integration implementation.
• Understanding of software development practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or an equivalent IT discipline.
