Role Overview

We are recruiting skilled instrumentation technicians to expand our Service Team. In this role, you will be visiting various customer locations throughout Ireland to install, service, and calibrate instrumentation and monitoring devices. Daily tasks may vary from commissioning flow meters at treatment plants to diagnosing telemetry systems or servicing water quality analyzers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and monitoring systems.
• Commission and calibrate flow meters and analytical instruments.
• Troubleshoot telemetry and communication equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at client locations.
• Collaborate with a proficient team dedicated to supporting Ireland's water infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants come from electrical, instrumentation, industrial maintenance, utilities, or manufacturing backgrounds.

• Possess an Electrical Instrumentation trade certification or an equivalent engineering qualification. Candidates requiring sponsorship should hold at least a relevant degree-level credential.
• Hold a valid full driving license (mandatory).
• Exhibit strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in field environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior instrumentation experience.
• Exposure to water or wastewater sectors.
• Knowledge in telemetry or automation systems.
• Certificates such as Safe Pass and Confined Space entry.
