About the Role
Futurzz HR is recruiting for the position of Service Associate based at the Lower Parel area of Mumbai. This role involves various customer service related tasks including ticket booking, assisting customers, managing cash transactions, and processing food orders.
Job Responsibilities
- Booking tickets for customers accurately and efficiently.
- Providing guidance and assistance to customers as required.
- Handling cash responsibly during transactions.
- Managing orders at food outlets as part of service duties.
Work Shift Details
- Rotational shifts including morning hours from 8 AM to 5 PM and evening hours from 4 PM to 2 AM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cost to company (CTC) package of 19,000 INR monthly.
- Net take-home salary is approximately 17,000 INR monthly.
- Attendance bonus of 2,000 INR per month is provided.
- Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only are eligible to apply.
- Age must be within 18 to 25 years.
