Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Telesales Associate to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential clients, managing inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial properties, and supporting the sales team in booking conversions. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads and databases.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries about property options including residential and commercial real estate.
- Assess customer needs including budget and location preferences.
- Clearly communicate project details, pricing, payment structures, and ongoing offers.
- Generate high-quality qualified leads and arrange property site visits for Sales Managers.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to successfully convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain precise records of customers and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and channel partner teams for seamless lead management.
- Achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly goals relating to calls, lead generation, and conversions.
- Foster lasting relationships with prospect clients to encourage sustained engagement.
- Keep oneself informed about project inventory updates, pricing changes, and market dynamics.
- Address customer questions professionally providing excellent pre-sales assistance.
Additional Information
The compensation for this position ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 INR monthly.
