About The Role

Taktile is dedicated to helping financial institutions evolve into AI-native enterprises, experiencing rapid growth with key clients in banking and insurance sectors. We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who will be instrumental in assembling teams that drive the future development of our product.

As part of Taktile, you will represent the company as the primary recruiter for Engineering, Product, and Design candidates. You will manage the complete hiring life cycle and collaborate closely with leadership to attract top-tier talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, starting from defining job requirements with hiring managers through to extending offers, ensuring speed without sacrificing candidate quality or experience.
• Create and implement customized sourcing strategies per role utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered tools, and innovative outreach methods to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate strategically with hiring managers to define recruitment plans, assess candidate standards, challenge viewpoints, and maintain momentum as priorities shift.
• Provide candidates with an outstanding experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a hiring process reflecting Taktile’s values.
• Use recruitment analytics to improve decision-making, regularly monitoring pipelines, funnel effectiveness, and market trends to foresee risks and propose solutions.
• Continuously enhance recruiting practices by refining interview processes, structured assessments, training interviewers, and implementing hiring best practices among technical teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives via events, content creation, and community engagement to elevate Taktile’s recognition among candidates.
• Work closely with People Operations to ensure smooth transitions after offer acceptance, including onboarding, relocation assistance, and visa support when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of direct experience in sourcing and technical recruitment, ideally within fast-growing startups or dynamic companies.
• Extensive expertise hiring technical roles such as Software Engineering, Infrastructure/Platform, AI/ML, Product Management, and Product Design, with a strong understanding of high-caliber technical talent attributes.
• Experience working in partnership with senior engineering and product leaders, serving as a trusted recruitment advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Proficient and proactive in using AI tools within recruitment workflows for sourcing, personalized outreach, candidate research, interview prep, and pipeline management, with an up-to-date knowledge of recruiting technology trends.
• Advanced skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Google Workspace to manage recruitment efficiently for both active and passive applicants.
• Capability to conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, accurately assessing candidates’ skills, cultural alignment, and potential contributions.
• Proven ability to balance recruiting high-volume hiring needs with targeted searches for specialized, hard-to-fill technical positions across various disciplines.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Recruitment experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or AI sectors.
• International recruitment exposure in Europe, including overseeing relocation processes.
• Familiarity with Ashby applicant tracking system.

Employment Details

Depending on the role’s location, employment will be with the appropriate regional entity: Taktile LLC (US), Taktile GmbH (Germany), Taktile Ltd (UK), or Taktile SRL (Romania). This will be clarified during the offer process.

Taktile processes all applicant personal data—including name, contact info, resume, work history, and education—responsibly and in compliance with relevant legal standards such as GDPR and CCPA. Data is utilized for recruitment evaluation, communication, legal compliance, and, with consent, consideration for future openings.
