Role overview
We are looking for an experienced, strategic proposal professional to join the Strategic Engagements team right away. The position suits someone who can turn complex business and technical information into persuasive proposals for enterprise clients, especially within IT services.
This is a high-impact role that contributes directly to major deals. You will work closely with technical teams, sales, delivery leaders, and subject matter experts to create tailored proposal documents that support growth and strengthen the company’s market positioning.
What you will do
- Break down and respond to detailed RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs while keeping closely aligned with scope, scoring criteria, compliance needs, and submission deadlines.
- Work with bid managers, solution architects, and SMEs to gather insights and turn them into strong proposal narratives.
- Develop win themes and convert them into structured storyboards and persuasive proposal content that reflects client priorities.
- Write and polish core proposal materials such as executive summaries, solution descriptions, technical write-ups, and value propositions using clear, client-focused language.
- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up drafting while protecting originality and quality.
- Apply advanced formatting and visual presentation techniques to improve readability and audience engagement.
- Create and maintain reusable content libraries, templates, and proposal frameworks to make future bid work more efficient.
- Collect supporting material from internal sources such as SharePoint and knowledge repositories, including case studies, resumes, certifications, and past proposals.
- Review and refresh content with delivery and domain experts so that all material remains accurate and relevant.
Role requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of hands-on experience in proposal writing, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication abilities, with strong attention to consistency and detail.
- Proven skill in translating technical topics into persuasive, benefit-led messaging that fits client needs.
- Comfort with MS Office and design tools, including the ability to incorporate visual elements into written content.
- Good knowledge of IT and BPO service areas such as infrastructure, applications, and managed services.
- Understanding of sales cycles, project management basics, and enterprise bid processes.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and manage multiple stakeholders.

This is an immediate joiner requirement.
The compensation range provided is INR 25,00,000 to 30,00,000 per year.
