Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role requires managing the complete recruitment process for both technical and business positions within the company. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning to support Coretelligent's growth. Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or technology services environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend business goals and devise talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning.
- Implement strategic recruiting approaches utilizing sourcing channels such as referrals, networking, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and assist hiring teams with selection decisions.
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting effectiveness within the Applicant Tracking System during recruitment activities.
- Prepare and extend employment offers while providing candidates a positive and engaging experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Work closely with People Operations and HR to ensure seamless hiring processes and support additional people-centered initiatives.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to refine recruitment strategies and assist workforce planning efforts.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 8 years of comprehensive Talent Acquisition experience, especially in MSP, MSSP, or technology services sectors.
- Strong history of collaborating with business leaders on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple recruitment projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience filling technical and non-technical roles across various business functions.
- Deep understanding of MSP-specific talent demands and technical recruitment challenges.
- Close collaboration experience with People Operations, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional leadership.
- Expertise in sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse.
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of recruiting metrics and market trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this exempt role is between $95,000 and $115,000 annually, with individual pay depending on skills, experience, and location. Additional bonuses or incentive opportunities may be available based on position and company performance.
