About the Role
Madison Pearl is collaborating with a prominent bank in Abu Dhabi to strengthen their Strategy Division by recruiting a Senior Specialist. This role focuses on identifying emerging trends, analyzing potential future developments, and aiding in formulating long-term strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create future scenarios and develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide organizational decision-making.
- Assist in designing and implementing long-term strategies that align with company priorities.
- Work closely with internal teams to incorporate foresight insights into business planning and policy formation.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management stakeholders.
- Track and assess the effects of strategic initiatives, updating recommendations as necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrate 5 to 8 years of professional experience in strategy development and/or research.
- Experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, or innovation strategy is essential.
- Strong communication abilities and adeptness at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
