About the role

QuantumLight is an AI-first venture capital firm established by Nik Storonsky, the Founder and CEO of Revolut. The company brings together investors, operators, and engineers to create a technology-led investment platform supported by proprietary AI.

As the firm expands internationally, it is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to support hiring for investment, business, and technology positions.

The role

This position is highly hands-on and suited to a recruiter who can independently run complex hiring processes from initial strategy through to final offer. You will work directly with senior leaders and manage several urgent searches at the same time.

What you'll do

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for executive, business, and technical positions.
  • Manage global searches for C-level and senior leadership hires.
  • Recruit across Investment, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams.
  • Create innovative sourcing approaches to identify and connect with strong passive candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring plans and provide guidance on talent decisions.
  • Ensure candidates have a strong and positive experience throughout the process.
  • Refine hiring workflows, improve quality-of-hire, and strengthen recruitment metrics.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or in an executive search setting.
  • A strong record of hiring C-level and senior leadership talent.
  • Experience recruiting for both commercial/business and technical roles.
  • International recruiting exposure across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously with limited oversight while handling multiple complex searches.
  • Sound commercial judgment, a strong sense of ownership, and close attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
