Role Overview
Tekton Thrive is seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure assignment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position suits someone who can manage both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities on complex projects.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring around 12 or more years of experience in quantity surveying, along with a solid track record on major infrastructure projects. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field is required.
Core Capabilities
The role calls for strong command of procurement, contract administration, commercial management, contractual matters, and stakeholder coordination. Experience across GCC countries would be considered beneficial.
