Role Overview

The company is expanding its product management team and is looking for several Senior Product Managers to join cross-functional squads. Each squad owns a specific business segment such as prepaid cards, international payments, or the core platform. Leadership includes seven PMs led by the co-founder as Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and own your squad’s product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and clarify objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive research including user interviews, competitive analysis, market studies, and data analytics to inform product decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze customer interactions, sales data, usage patterns, and competitor intelligence to enhance understanding and ideation.
• Drive product development by partnering closely with design and engineering teams, ensuring scope alignment and overcoming obstacles.
• Operate primarily asynchronously, relying heavily on written communication rather than meetings to advance work.
• Navigate differing opinions to guide decision-making while maintaining consensus and team buy-in.
• Monitor and communicate the outcomes and impact of launched features, ensuring continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 6 years' experience developing and deploying web applications in roles such as designer, engineer, or product manager at technology companies.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a product manager in a growth-stage startup environment.
• Excellent product intuition with the ability to identify optimal solutions effectively.
• Strong design sensibility and technical understanding to collaborate confidently with design and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision and backlog items into actionable, prioritized roadmaps.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a documentation-focused workflow.
• Comfort with independent decision-making under uncertain conditions, proactively driving tasks forward.
• Empathetic mindset focused on understanding and addressing the needs of users and colleagues alike.
