This contract opportunity is for a Senior PowerPoint Presentation Designer working remotely from anywhere. The selected professional will support a client in creating polished, business-focused presentations for a technology-oriented environment. The role centers on turning dense data, technical ideas, and strategic messages into slide decks that are easy to understand, visually strong, and useful for executive and stakeholder communication across international teams.
Key responsibilities
- Create and refine PowerPoint decks that support business goals and technical needs.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to organize content so it is accurate, clear, and visually consistent.
- Convert raw information such as data, research, and business insights into concise visual slides.
- Apply and preserve presentation standards, including brand rules, typography, colors, and layout structure.
- Share work in draft and final versions, then incorporate feedback quickly to stay on schedule for urgent deadlines.
Required background and capabilities
The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of professional experience building business presentations in PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is important, especially with animations, transitions, and master slide creation. You should be able to simplify complex information without losing meaning, maintain a high level of accuracy, and keep all slides visually and editorially polished. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in technology, AI, or software development settings is also expected.
