Senior Officer Digital Performance

Role Overview

The Senior Officer Digital Performance plays a key role in supporting the Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) initiatives by monitoring and analyzing digital performance metrics to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for Digital Banking & Innovation performance tracking.
• Prepare and disseminate monthly performance reports.
• Conduct detailed analyses of performance across specific digital initiatives.
• Assist in the development of monthly dashboards for DBI monitoring.
• Generate analytical reports using the Digital Channels Analytics Engine to study user behavior patterns.
• Facilitate preparation of DBI-related reports as required by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
• Contribute to managing the DBI budget and produce monthly spend reports.
• Engage in digital business activities including digital transformation and delivery efforts.
• Support omni-channel strategies and enhance self-service and digital payment platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis techniques.
• Strong financial acumen related to digital business.
• Competency in creating data visualizations for performance insights.
