Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

This position is for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer tasked with crafting and launching sophisticated machine learning models that elevate product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with diverse teams to clarify challenges, design and prototype predictive, generative, and agentic models including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embedding approaches.
• Take ownership of comprehensive evaluation processes and guarantee model dependability by implementing MLOps workflows such as feature pipeline development, version control, continuous integration and deployment, plus comprehensive monitoring.
• Convert research outputs into scalable, user-facing applications within creative toolsets.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of experience in constructing and maintaining large-scale machine learning systems.
• Expertise in feature engineering along with supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques.
• Deep knowledge of contemporary generative AI technologies including large language models, fine-tuning, and embedding methods.
• Proficiency with Python programming language, SQL queries, and machine learning toolchains.
• Strong communication skills suitable for explaining technical information to stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
• Preferred qualifications include advanced academic degrees, familiarity with recommendation engines, personalization strategies, and experience deploying on platforms like Databricks.
