Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to deliver comprehensive recruitment and HR operational services across the US market on a fully remote basis. This role requires end-to-end recruitment management, employee lifecycle support, and client partnership to enhance HR service delivery and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment services for various clients within the United States.
- Collaborate directly with clients and hiring managers to ascertain hiring objectives, advise on recruitment strategies, and devise sourcing approaches.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain ongoing talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and alternative sourcing tools.
- Provide clients with salary market analysis, intelligence, and hiring trends.
- Achieve recruitment goals timely while ensuring high satisfaction levels for clients and candidates.
- Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with clients by delivering expert recruitment consultation and support.
- Support HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding processes, adhering to US employment laws and internal company policies.
- Manage employment documentation, employee records, and update HRIS systems accordingly.
- Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and overall employee lifecycle management.
- Act as the primary contact point for employee inquiries related to HR matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external associates to guarantee seamless HR services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience focused on the US market with substantial recruitment expertise.
- Preferred background working within HR outsourcing, staffing agencies, Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), recruitment agencies, or similar environments.
- In-depth knowledge of US employment regulations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and payroll activities.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented individual capable of operating independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to international and cross-border HR operations.
- Recruitment experience targeting technical, sales, or corporate roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Gusto, ADP, or Rippling.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is required.
