Senior Graphic Designer

Role overview

This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position for a senior-level graphic designer who naturally thinks in terms of platform behavior and audience context. The ideal person does not approach this as generic ad design; instead, they understand how visuals need to feel for specific communities, content formats, and brand tones.

Core creative work

• Create fast-turn performance creative with a strong sense of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Produce high volumes of repeatable creative requests while keeping the output sharp, clean, and far from formulaic.
• Build static assets for the formats used most often, including feed creative, thumbnails, carousels, and supporting freeform visuals.
• Handle resizing, fresh static concepts, and light ideation efficiently without compromising quality.
• Improve and extend existing client assets and concepts rather than only following instructions exactly as given.
• Contribute to internal visual exploration when client work volume allows.

Tools and workflow

You should be comfortable working across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Docs.

• Be a dependable, quick, and communicative team member who stays detail-focused even under pressure and back-to-back requests.
• Use good judgment to decide when work only needs a light touch and when it warrants a more custom creative approach.
• Bring a practical, collaborative, low-ego mindset and stay solution-oriented when briefs are unclear or still evolving.
• Work effectively from rough or incomplete source material and still deliver polished design outputs.
• Operate comfortably both independently and with teammates across different time zones.
