Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer skilled in crafting visuals across diverse channels including web, social media, marketing, branding, logos, packaging, retail, and art direction. This position involves close collaboration with Marketing, Social Media, and Shoot & Production teams to deliver visually captivating and impactful designs tailored for our target audience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and update engaging web content for Beauty, Nykaa Fashion, and related sub-brands.
• Create consistent and attractive social media graphics aligned with Nykaa’s branding and tone.
• Design creative marketing materials including email templates, banners, brochures, and promotional assets.
• Conceptualize and produce logo designs for new products and sub-brands ensuring visual cohesion.
• Innovate and design appealing packaging that balances aesthetics and practicality for Nykaa products.
• Generate graphics for in-store displays, signage, and promotional retail materials to enhance customer experience.
• Provide creative direction and art supervision for photoshoots, video shoots, and multimedia projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design capabilities and innovative approaches.
• Strong grasp of design elements such as typography, color theory, branding, and overall principles.
• Capability to multitask and collaborate efficiently in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing considered advantageous.
