A leading investment management company is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist to join their expanding team in Dublin. This position requires close collaboration with clients and internal departments to streamline the fund closing procedures.   • Bring over seven years of experience within financial services, favoring private equity and wealth management sectors.
  • Have prior exposure to client service roles with the ability to proactively discern servicing requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to juggle multiple demanding priorities and consistently deliver results.
  • Skilled in CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and various workflow or project management software.
  • Experience handling closed-ended funds and regulatory funds governed by 34 and 40 Acts.
  • Exhibit a client-focused approach with a dedication to continuously improving the client experience.
  • Background in asset management or financial services, specifically servicing private wealth clients and intermediary distributors including direct involvement in client operations and services.
