Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree is considered advantageous.
- Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering.
Knowledge and Skills
- Profound understanding of civil engineering methodologies, principles, and departmental policies.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Infrastructure Information Modelling (IIM).
- Competence in pre-contract activities related to construction projects.
- Proficient computer skills to support engineering tasks.
Abilities and Language Proficiency
- Capable of producing detailed and complex reports.
- Able to collaborate effectively across various teams within the department, consultancy, and client organizations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication.
