Job Overview

This role involves executing and supporting senior professionals with intricate and advanced data and information analysis. Responsibilities include overseeing data collection, conducting detailed analyses, and reviewing all related reports thoroughly.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage in planning and organizing analysis and reporting tasks for STC, supplying accurate statistics and documentation within set deadlines.
• Carry out in-depth analysis of the company’s business, market trends, and operational performance, ensuring all reports are accurate.
• Implement analysis and reporting processes in line with procedural, documentation, and legal requirements.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, contribute to market forecasting and activity planning, and assist in progress and result tracking.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address all matters related to analysis and reporting efficiently.
• Manage daily operations of the team within designated parameters, ensuring precision in workflows.
• Distribute tasks among team members to maintain workflow continuity and prepare reports to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
• Coordinate regularly with international traders/tariffs and contribute to monitoring trading positions to prevent breaches or overexposure.
• Evaluate the profitability of prospective business ventures to support informed decision-making.
• Provide guidance to team members by resolving common issues to maintain operational flow.
• Work closely with other supervisors to foster productive working relationships and identify collaborative opportunities.

Experience Required

Applicants should have between 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, including Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or any equivalent relevant discipline is desirable.
• Relevant professional certifications are also considered advantageous.
