Senior Bookkeeper - Casual Part-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bookkeeper for a casual part-time position based on the Gold Coast, offering approximately $50 per hour plus superannuation. This role involves collaborating with the Australian leadership team and international finance colleagues to ensure precise financial records and contribute to the transition from MYOB to Xero, along with ongoing enhancement of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Handle fixed assets, inventory tracking, and GST/BAS reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting, or Accounting Degree.
• Proven expertise with Xero and MYOB accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail complemented by excellent organisational capabilities.
